The project should make it possible to construct multi-storey properties contributing to a pleasant living and street environment and small-town qualities.
The construction should be build with consideration to the area’s location which is in Central Vallentuna. The project includes two apartment buildings with a total of 75 apartments in different sizes.
The area is located north of the city center towards Mörbyvägen and is about 600 metres walk from Vallentuna Station.
The northern end of the building is suggested to be limited to four floors with a fifth floor designed as an attic floor with a gable roof. The southern end of the building is suggested to be lowered a floor and follow the terrain and is, therefore, limited to three floors with a fourth attic floor with a gable roof.
Parking will be placed in an underground garage which is made possible under the apartment building and yard in the northern end of the area.
The project is estimated to start in Q2 2025, but for the time being it has no end date.
