With our search agent, you can search after relevant projects and see, which phase the project is in. Also, you have the ability to turn on notification and, continuously, get updates when the projects enter the phase, you are interested in and when new projects matching your critera are added to Projektagenten.
The search agent also makes it possible for you to hide your project searches and share your search agents with your colleagues. This makes it easier to collaborate on the project monitoring.
A list of favorites is a gathering of favorised projects and/or tenders that you are interested in following. With a list of favorites, you can gather projects and/or tenders matching the same search criteria and, thereby, get help to monitor and get an overview of interesting projects.
With lists of favorites, you have the opportunity to get continuous email updates.
You can set up notifications when you create a new search agent or ads a projects to a list of favorites. You need to choose whether you want to receive notifications with updates on a daily or weekly basis, or as soon as the update comes.
Pay attention to, for every search agent, company agent, list of favorites, and company list, you have created, you will receive email notifications for each of the respective lists.
When the project is in the ‘upcoming’ phase, this is the earliest phase. Here, we often find the projects through municipal reports and, therefore, there is not always any specific and concrete descriptions of the projects yet. Usually, there is also only a project owner, a project advisor and/or a project developer connected to the project.
Amongst other things, it is in this phase that draft designs are drawn up, rough budgeting is carried out, local plans are approved, consultations are issued, technical studies are carried out and, generally, the preparations are made for the project owner and the advisor to start working more in depth with the project planning. Therefore, surveyors, geotechnical surveys and traffic advisors can also be involved in this phase.
When the project moves to the planning phase, this is where the planning itself is begun. So, the project is detailed, budgets are drawn up, and the construction is planned down to the smallest details. It is also in this phase that a general consultant, architects, landscape architects and other technical advisers are added to the project.
Part of the planning phase also consists of determining the form of contracting and if the project is send out to tender, the advisors will be designing the tender material.
When the first executing tender is announced, the project is moved to the tender phase. This is regardless of which form of contracting.
The tenders are added to the project and our researchers make sure to give you an easy and clear overview of the tenders and the tendering process. Among other things, this includes adding relevant contact persons, important dates, any pre-qualified businesses as well as the full tender material. And as soon as a winner of a tender is found, this is also added.
When the tendering process is over and the construction site is being established, the project moves to the execution phase. In this phase, it is still possible that some subcontractors have not yet been found, but these will be added continuously. The same goes for material suppliers.
Also, it is in this phase that the construction itself i being carried out. Therefore, depending on the size of the construction, the project can be in this phase for a long time.

Create a company agent and be sure to always receive the latest updates on the companies, you are following.
You can receive notifications when there are updates regarding the companies, you are following. Thereby, you are always at the forefront of whether the companies, you follow, are added to new projects or cooperations.
You can choose how often, you want to receive notifications by going to your dashboard. By tapping the gear next to the specific list or agent, you can define your preferences for how often you want to receive updates.
