Projektagenten’s dashboard presents different modules to you, giving you a manageable overview of the businesses, articles, projects, and roles that you follow. Search agents, lists of favorites, company agents and -lists as well as articles from followed projects are the options that your dashboard shows. Here, you have different options for how to use Projektagenten’s features strategically depending on your business’ needs.
A search agent is a function where you can save your project searches and get updates on an ongoing basis, when projects matching your search criteria is added to Projektagenten. If you want to save your project search, you must navigate to ‘projects and procurements’ and make a filteret search. When you make a filteret seach, you can save the search as a search agent. You create a search agent by clicking on ‘save as agent’ above the search results. In the following example, we see how a search agent can look. However, note that this is just one example of how it can be done and that you, as a user of Projektagenten, always can adjust and choose exactly the criteria suited for you.
In the above example, we see the result of a filter searching for public projects in the Capital of Denmark. Currently, we have 44 projects that you as a user of Projektagenten can get access to. To the right, we see an overview of how many new projects that has been added, respectively, in the last 30 days and in the last 24 hours. When there are new updates on these projects, commonly, it will only be you that receives updates from the search agent in your inbox and only you that has access to the search agent in your personalised dashboard. However, you can choose to share your search agents with your colleagues – this can make it easier to cooperate about project monitoring.
A list of favorites is a gathering of favorised projects and/or tenders that you are interested in following. With a list of favorites, you can gather projects and/or tenders that match your specific criteria and, thereby, get help to monitor and get an overview of interesting projects. With lists of favorites you have the opportunity to get email updates on an ongoing basis. Therefore, it is important to mark whether you want updates when there are changes. When you create a new list, you need t decide how often you wanna receive notifications with updates about the projects. Here you must also name the list and it is entirely up to you, what you wanna name it.
You can mark all the projects, you want, as favorites and you can save them on different lists of favorites so that it is easy for you to remember why you have marked the specific projects as your favorites. You save the projects you wanna follow by clicking the star in the upper left corner when you are at the project page.
On your personalised dashboard, you can see the lists of favorites, you have created, how many projects, there are on each list as well as the gathered estimated project cost for all the projects on the list.
From your dashboard, you can always change the settings of your list of favorites by clicking the gear icon. Here, you can change the name as well as how often you wanna receive notifications with updates for the specific list. When you click on the specific list, you can also remove projects that are no longer relevant for you to have as your favorites.
Company agents is for monitoring certain types of companies in a specific geographical location. Here you can set up filters that monitors when there are news related to certain companies or roles, that you follow. Also, you can get notifications which you administrate yourself how often you wanna receive.
As an example, you can monitor every time a builder in Denmark is added to a new project. You can also add specific actors that you wanna keep an eye on. That might be because you see them as potential competitors, collaborators, or customers.

Every time someone from our editorial staff writes something new about one of the projects you follow, you will be notified. The articles can contain relevant information for those who want to be the first to react when there are new exciting developments happening in the construction process.
